How BCL began
BCL started with a simple observation: the best new customer for any business almost always comes from a trusted introduction, not a cold call or an advertisement. A small group of Lucknow business owners began meeting regularly to pass each other referrals — and as the value of those referrals compounded, the group grew into structured chapters, each with its own rhythm of meetings, its own mix of industries, and its own community of members who show up for each other.
Today, BCL runs multiple chapters across Lucknow — BCL IMPACT, BCL INSPIRE, and BCL VISION — each bringing together members from a wide range of industries, all operating on the same principle that built the very first chapter: refer first, and business will follow.

One member per category
Each chapter admits only one member per business category, protecting members from internal competition.
Weekly or fortnightly meetings

Every member gets access to the BCL app — a directory, direct messaging, referral tracking, and a chapter feed — to stay connected between meetings.
Admin oversight
Chapter and platform admins oversee membership, moderation, and chapter health to keep the community trustworthy and active.
