Why BCL Exists
Business Connect Lucknow was founded on 1 May 2022, in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic — a time when businesses across every sector were struggling, and entrepreneurs were fighting to rebuild and regain stability. Recognising that need, Umashankar Dubey founded BCL with one goal: bring entrepreneurs and professionals together, create real business opportunities, and help each other rebuild and grow through a trusted professional network.
